一、Brief Introduction of Project
1.Project Outline：The project is an extension project of acrytic fibre production with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons by Jilin Qifeng Chemical Fiber Stock Co. At present, the domestic market needs of acrytic fibre is too big and the capacity of production is insufficient. In order to meet market’s need instead of present domestic imported products of acrytic fibre, the total production capacity will enlarge to 100,000 tons with an annual capacity.
