　　1.项目概况：随着社会经济的不断发展，人民生活水平的逐渐提高，饮食结构也发生了较大的变化。牛奶对人类健康有重要的营养功能，对奶类的需求日益增长。现在，公司乳品加工有纯牛奶、饮料奶、酸奶、活性乳奶等四个系列十四个品种，但目前本公司所产鲜奶仅供设计加工能力的30%，消费得不到满足，因此，奶牛扩群可以解决实际问题。吉林市春光乳业有限责任公司位于吉林市至长春市高速公路吉林市出口2公里处，是吉林省大型奶牛养殖场之一。奶牛扩群地理位置优越，环境十分理想，饲料来源广泛，物料运输途径合理，饲养成本低。公司具有十来年饲养和管理、繁育奶牛的经验，高中级专业人员数十名，为奶牛扩群奠定了饲养基础。吉林地区是玉米、水稻、大豆等农作物主要产区，有足够的奶牛不同阶段配合饲料的原料，奶牛扩群场附近有大量的秸杆，同时今年我省一号工程吉林天河80万吨燃料酒精项目启动，可年产玉米酒糟(蛋白质饲料)66万吨，这些为奶牛扩群奠定了基础。

　　A. Brief Introduction of Project

　　1.Project Outline：Owning to the development of the society and the gradual improvement of living standard, the dietary structure is changing largely. The milk has important nutritional function for the people’s health, and the need for the milk is increasing day after day. Now the company can produce four series of fourteen kinds of products such as pure milk, beverage milk, sour milk, etc. But the fresh milk produced by the company can only meet the 30% of the designed capacity of the company. The need for consumption cannot be met. Therefore the enlargement of the milk cow can solve the problem. Jilin City Chunguang Milk Co., Ltd is situated at 2km from the exit of Jilin-changchun Highway. And it is one of the large cultivating yard in Jilin Province. The excellent location, ideal environment, sufficient forage and rational transportation are good for the enlargement of milk cow. The company also has enough experience and technicians of cultivating, managing, breeding the milk cow. Jilin City is the main production area of corn, rice and soybean, which can provide the different sources for the milk cows in different ages. There are lots of corn stalks near the milk cow yards. The No. 1 project of Jilin Province of Jilin Tianhe 0.8 million Tons feul alcohol project is in construction now, the annual production of the distiller’grains (protein forage) is 0.66 million tons. All of these establish a good foundation for the enlargement of milk cow.
